Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit I have learned the good qualities that I should possess in order to become a better teacher. Teaching is not just all about the lesson, it's about the experience that that student had and the way you made them feel while they are in your class. Getting to know our students and understanding their different levels would help us provide the best teaching technique and learning experience for them. This unit focused on the different types of assessments that go on in the classroom and outside of the classroom. As an instructor I generaly use dianogistic test at the beginning of the class in order to assess my students levels and learning needs. I particulary do this with writing so that I can create a formative assessment of the particulary writing conventions and grammar points that I need to focus on.
