Dear adventurous and fun-loving teachers,
SIDAS Language School is now recruiting a few talented and enthusiastic teachers who are willing to commit to living and working within towns in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
SIDAS Language School is seeking talented and creative teachers to join our team of native English teachers in our ACTIVE ENGLISH WEEKS program. This is a position that involves a lot of travelling around so it is best suited for those with a taste for adventure and sight-seeing.
Due to the nature of the positions we can welcome successful applicants who can commit for work periods from 4 weeks up to 12 months. The position involves teaching children and young adults, on special week long educationally enjoyable courses which typically run from Monday to Friday. Usually the teaching begins in the morning and is finished by about 13:30. Most weekends teachers move to a new town and a new group of students.
Given that the working day is normally done by 13:30 this position suits those who like long afternoon walks, are still studying, enjoy reading or watching endless amounts of films, are aspiring writers or artists, or simply like to have a siesta every afternoon.
If you are able and willing to work with a wide age range of children, to see a lot of one, two, three or more countries in a short space of time, to overcome different challenges every week, to develop as a teacher, to make many new friends and have a thoroughly good time then SIDAS is for you.
