iSPEAK IDIOMAS, a language school based in Alto Caparaó, a small city in the state of Minas Gerais, is looking for qualified TEFL teachers. Both native and non-native speakers of English are welcome to apply. Applicants should be enthusiastic, outgoing, motivated, flexible, adaptable and have a positive outlook and sense of humour. You will be paid R$800.00 (Eight Hundred Brazilian Reais) a month to teach students ranging from 6 years old to adult, at a variety of levels, 30 hours a week. Accommodation is provided free of charge in a nice and comfy fully furnished flat. Please note that benefits do not include sick pay.

Requirements

TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA or equivalent.
1 year experience
Native and NON-NATIVE candidates
Someone really WILLING to work.

In this unit,I learned a lot of useful methord with classroom manahement. Especially, the classroom arrangment,I know that there are many ways to arrange the classroom, such as, orderly rows,circles and horseshoes and seperate tables.I am also much more familiar with establishing rapport within a class.If establish rapport relationship with students we can let the students feel less stress and relax.This unit covers the issues of pronunciation and phonology. It discusses the different body parts involved in making sounds, the different types of sounds, and the international phonemic alphabet. It also covers ideas for when and how to cover pronunciation and phonology. Some instructors include it as part of each lesson, some have separate lessons, and some prefer to teach it on an as needed basis.
