I think I need to read it again and again to learn well. I really need to learn, Im a slow learner. It is good to learn how to create interest to the students learning.Yes, it's true that reading and listening is very important to the student to understand what they are studying. Skimming can help too,when you red a very long story using skimming and scanning helps the students understand easily.This unit really made me reflect on the best ways to structure my language lessons. I need to make sure that I use the engage stage to warmup my students and have them using the language they already learned before jumping into a new concept with a study phase. Its also equally important to give them opportunities to use these new concepts in a realistic context without heavily correcting them.
