Modals and Passive Voice - Active vs. Passive Voice Part 2

The difference between the active and passive voice is one of the more advanced topics of English grammar. Therefore, it is important for every English teacher to understand this concept.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit is about all tenses in past. It gives clear instructions about when to use which past and how, so as past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. I find very useful common mistakes of errors and sample activate teaching ideas. I have already taught past in English classes and I think they really get to understand it better with examples. The teaching receptive skill unit is a new lesson for me. I have learnt the importance of incorporating the skills in my lessons and the effects of it. ?Reason for reading and listening? added a different level of understanding. The language section also provides a vital input for my audience. An outline of the receptive skill was very effective practical example.
