Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I found it difficult to grasp the difference parts of each phase (engage, study and activate) before this lesson. I believe the example lesson plan shown break it down enough to allow us to our our own personal spin on it. I know see how lesson plans are important to not only guide us through a particular lesson but to also track the students, and our own, progress throughout the semester.Unit four challenged me to rethink about sentence structure and their specific usage for different situations. As we speak English in our daily life, we ignore the proper form that we are suppose to use and we become sloppy with our own language. This unit helped me to think and analyze the different types of present tenses, and to use them properly in future conversations and/or writings.
