Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The two videos showed the difference in the teacher's attitude and how his different attitudes impacted the students in his class. To watch it was helpful to look at the teacher's different facial expressions and gestures, and also the way he presented his lesson. I was reminded how important it is to have a positive attitude, speak slowly and also use visual aids to add interest to the lesson.Giving a test makes students aware of the target language and motivates them to study harder. Test such as TOFEL and IELTS will give you a goal (passing an exam) if you have a goal you want to achieve you will naturally work hard for that. There is no question of how powerful it is to have a goal in your life. Therefore as a teacher it is very important to encourage students to set their goal.
