E-Connect Foreign Language Training Center is looking for TEFL qualified teachers to work in elementary, secondary and high schools teaching English in Ha Noi. The contract is for 60-70 hours per month including 60 teaching hours plus 10 extra curriculum activities like joining in an English club, going camping, holding English party..and other related activities to help local student improve their English and also be confident to communicate in English with native speakers.

Salary and benefits:

$1,400 USD per month

FREE serviced room, and lunches

Receive up to $1000 USD for airfare reimbursement

Requirements:

Start working on the 1st, September, 2015

Must possesses degree, TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate

Have police clearance

This unit is about teaching theme and materials. It provides different teaching strategies or themes. The use of songs, chants, music, games, stories, arts and crafts and drama in teaching younger learners. Different resources were also provided for each. Appropriate activities should be used for different age group. I have learn that good materials are important in teaching young learners.It was interesting to see the pros and cons of various seating arrangements and how they facilitate more student talk-time, as well as the groupings of students. How teachers can build rapport and control the students' behaviour, using their presence, eye contact and varying their vocal tone. Teacher talk time is necessary, but ways to avoid over-doing it and allowing more student talk time.
