Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit describes the various types of equipment and teaching aids that are commonly accessible to teachers today. Each has unique benefits and drawbacks; while whiteboards increase student interest and provide a visual aspect to the lesson, they increase the time that the teacher faces away from the class. The use of various types of media will encourage greater student interest and involvement overall. This unit covered teaching themes. These include games, chants, singing, stories, listening to music, and worksheets. There seems to be a wide array of possibilities for activities in the lesson plans. The young learners should use rhymes instead of pop songs and actions with words. Where as the older young learners would prefer pop songs instead of rhymes and singing and some movement can be embarrassing.
