Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This is a nice breakdown of various types of learner and learning method that might otherwise be overlooked. As someone who has had some difficulty getting students to maintain focus and pay attention, I can already see some ways that I might tailor my teaching style to maximize engagement. The more students are willing to listen to what I need to tell them, the more likely they are to retain that knowledge.I think this lesson was helpful to consider what type of testing myself as a teacher would like to give to students. I think it is important to think about testing and also about what type of test you will administer. I also like that the lesson talks about preparing for external examination because having english as my first language, I do not often think about external examination and their importance.
