Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit provided a compare and contrast between an effective teacher and an ineffective teacher. The content in the videos helped me to understand how students might be influenced based on a teacher's, attitude, preparedness, awareness, and sensitivity. I was able to see how a lesson plan structure unfolds and how the teacher can, should, and should not react based on various circumstances. This unit is the hardest part I found in this study. I used to speak and pronounce English words in a natural way without knowing the phonetic table. I have met some foreign students, who deperately ask me to teach them pronounciation using phonetic table. As I know, the students who study English as a foreign language need to memorise the phonetic table before getting into words and speech.
