Within this unit the parts of speech were covered. The unit served as a refresher course for me because over the years I have forgotten the exact names and parts of English grammar, because it is second nature to me. It also gave e the chance to see why students have difficulties with mastering English grammar, and from this point forward I will strive to help them grasp the concepts better.From this unit I have learned the way in which adult and young learners differ. Although this may be an obvious statement, readying through this material really broke down the differences. For example, the students motivation could vary drastically whether they are a young or adult learners. Also, adult learners most likely have more ideas coming into the class on how a teacher should teach.
