This esson was helpful because it prepares teachers for examining students in their class. It also prepares teachers for actually giving the exams. Important take aways for me were: How to administer the test, different types of tests, and external exams. The content pairs well with the previous chapters. We've been doing a lot of lesson planning so it's great to be able to prepare or use exams as well.Grasping the parts of speech and mastering grammar & syntax will better help to teach students sentence structure. Each word in a sentence has a place and a reason for it, and learning grammar and sentence structure is the basis of learning the English language. I now know the difference between nouns, adjectives, articles, zero articles, verbs and past simple, past participle, and present participle.
