Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This is really the most important for me unit of this course. I appreciate a lot a number of detailed lesson plans with materials given here. When speaking about young learners we should use defferent teaching strategies: songs, chants and music, playing games, using stories, arts and crafts and drama. Nowadays there are many online resources where we can get ideas or even ready materials for every above mentioned strategy. This unit was packed with information. It was a great refresher course. An effective way to make sure the information is retained would be an interactive activity associated with each section. I would feel more confident with more reinforcement of the concepts. I think more specific examples on the task sheet with answers would be greatly beneficial. Instead of asking for examples, give examples and then ask what they are.
