We are looking for TEFL teachers to join our dynamic & professional team here in Caceres, Spain.KELTIC is a private Irish-owned English-language school set up in 1993. We teach English to children, teenagers and adults. We prepare students for Trinity College London exams and Cambridge English Language Assessment.KELTIC has been preparation centre for both Exam Boards for over 25 years. We have 2 schools in Caceres, both located in the city centre.Our 10 classrooms are well-resourced and equipped with digital technology (IWBs in each classroom)KELTIC offers teachers a comprehensive Teacher-Training Programme that provides a great opportunity for Professional Development, geared towards both experienced and new teachers.We are members of the Federation of English Language Teaching Centres in Spain (FECEI) and sponsor our teachers' attendance to their conferences & workshops throughout the year.Our teaching team is made up of dynamic, motivated individuals who are keen on developing as TEFL teachers. Our teachers are professional & committed to their job and students. The ideal candidate is someone who is honest, hard-working, organised and enjoys teaching children & teenagers.JOB DESCRIPTIONDuring the academic year as a TEFL Teacher with us, you will :- plan & prepare your classes daily in order to teach your students- carry out term evaluations 3 times a year- attend weekly meetings & teacher training workshops which will help you grow professionally- prepare students for external exams (Trinity and Cambridge)- receive full support throughout the year from the Director of StudiesOTHER REQUIREMENTSOnly EU Citizens or holders of EU work permit are eligible for this position.QualificationsUniversity DegreeRecognised TEFL qualificationCertified C2 English level for non-native English speakersWorking knowledge of Spanish, an advantageExperience working with children and teens a plusExperience with Trinity and Cambridge exam preparation will be valued Salary and BenefitsSOCIAL SECURITY: Full National Health Insurance & social security cover.CONTRACT: Full time contractDAYS: 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)SALARY: Gross monthly salary: 1,300 euros minimum (Above the National Working Agreement & national average for Private language schools in Spain)RELOCATION: Financial Assistance(3 nights hotel paid on arrival)and full assistance with finding accommodation and settling in.PAID HOLIDAYS: 2 weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and any local/national holidays during the academic year.
