Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

the unit focuses on troubleshooting. what kind of problems you might face with different types of students. fro this unit i have learnt that in class even when you know the native language, it is important as the teacher to not use it and respond mostly to students asking questions or talking to you in english. I have learnt many types of warmers that would be very helpeful to establish rapport.Watching the videos, it is easy to see how much the teacher's attitude overwhelmingly changes how the students react. It is sometimes easy to forget that when you have a bad day, and your attitude suffers, so do the students that you have to teach. Friendly interaction, and giving the students a clear framework to work within is definitely the best way to go about teaching any level of students.
