This chapter deals with two basic formation of English Reading and Listening. These two are the receiving part of understanding. This one deals why we need to read and listen something means how useful are these. It also deals with different problems with reading and listening. This one help a teacher how and what kind of text one has to select to run the class effective, smooth and successful. In this unit I learned that the ESA technique is fun for students and teachers or trainees. There is a lot of techniques and games that the teacher and student can choose from. That it is important to know the difference between mistakes and errors and correcting the students must be fast. And as a teacher having a feedback is also important to know if you are doing the right kind of technique.
