This unit was particularly helpful in both reiterating aspects of classroom management that I am aware of such as the importance of building rapport both as a teacher with their students and among the students themselves. Also depending what stage of the ESA lesson you are on will entice the teacher to use different methods. It is important to keep the classâ€™s attention and not to become to predictable in your teachingâ€™s. By using a variety of these methods you can create an entertaining and stimulating class for the students.
