I feel I already had a good grasp on a lot of this information about rapport building, eye contact and gestures. Learning when to stand or sit, not turning your back for prolonged periods, and when to talk or be quiet and let the students work was new to me though. It seems like something that you would get a good feel on when in the actual classroom and would vary quite significantly class to class.I learned a lot about the four different types of present tenses. It was really easy to understand as it was divided into different sections. I found the video section very helpful as it guided me through the different sets of I/You/We/They and He/She/It throughout the four categories and explained the differences for all. The usages section definitely helped to identify which tense to use and apply.
