Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Managing classes unit contains a good variety of tips and rules that will lead into a productive and disciplined classroom. Although there are many factors to be considered while managing the class, such as students personality and class sizes, some rules fit in almost every case, never losing your temper, for example. It is mandatory to have this knowledge before going into the classroom. There are five different forms of conditionals: zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional, and mixed conditional. Each conditional captures different \"if\" scenarios. Moreover, this unit covered reported and direct speech. Present tenses in direct speech often turn to past tenses when they are reported back. Time expressions also change in reported speech.
