We are looking for dynamic, professional native level speaker English teachers to teach with us ONLINE and/or IN-SCHOOL. All materials and plans are provided to the teacher in digital format - no paper or printing required.
We guarantee an exceptionally high level of care for our teachers, with a good salary. We want our teachers to feel comfortable, valued and motivated because this will maximise the satisfaction of our students. We only teach adults and ONLINE lessons are via Zoom.
Details of Position
We are looking for friendly, intelligent and dynamic teachers to teach English ONLINE and / or IN-SCHOOL for our Krakow English school. We are now in our 16th year of business and have built a reputation for interesting, communicative English lessons.
We guarantee an exceptionally high level of care for our teachers with a good salary. We want our teachers to feel comfortable, valued and motivated because this will maximise the satisfaction of our students.
We teach almost exclusively adults aged 19 - 40 in small groups. We only teach English and aim for an authentic English atmosphere in class. To get a taste of the atmosphere we aim for, visit us on facebook and instagram.
All lessons are pre-planned by our DELTA-qualified Director of Education. All plans and materials are provided to the teacher by the school - minimising preparation time for the teacher. The materials are interactive - delivered to the teacher 36 hours before class time.
Homework is organised by the school through our e-learning platform so teachers are not required to prepare or mark homework. The time saved (No lesson-planning or homework preparation) helps our teachers preserve their energy for the classroom, where we want you to be as energised and dynamic as possible.
We are located in the heart of Krakow's Old Town. We have a busy social calendar including regular Pub Quiz Nights and club nights where teachers and students can socialise in a relaxed, non-educational setting. Qualifications
Native level English speakers
A university degree is preferred, but not necessary.
TEFL/TESOL preferred
If you're new to English teaching, our materials are designed to be teacher-friendly and will allow you to develop yourself, knowing you're using tried and tested methods and materials.
No teaching experience is required (although it is obviously a benefit if you have already taught). You will receive extensive support and input throughout your time with us, including face-to-face help during preparation and regular observations with constructive feedback. We want you to succeed.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a salary of 10 Euro per 60 minute class - payable via Paypal / Transferwise / bank transfer at the end of each month. Teachers joining us in Krakow will receive help finding accommodation.
