Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Vocabulary is very important to the students, especially at the early stages when students are motivated to learn basic words they need to get by in the language. The students also need to know what the language means, how it is used, what the grammatical form is and how it is said and written. ESA is a great technique for teaching that help teachers prepare the lesson successfully. The unit provides an overview of the course and its objectives that include the identification of language learning and teaching, narrowly focused teaching of English in the business and vocational industries and the materials used in that context of teaching. In addition, common English teaching acronyms are introduced so that the teacher is ready for their use in the units to come.
