Postby Lexical Solution is currently looking for native, or near-native, EFL teachers with some experience and a flexible schedule. Our classes are in the following districts of Lima: San Isidro, Miraflores, San Borja, Surco, La Molina and San Miguel area. The teachers we would like to form part of our team must be:

- Native or near native TEFL qualified teachers

- Experience teaching children and/or adults

- Professional, punctual and responsible

- Able to keep an updated student´s report, get familiarized with the material and methodology we use.

Rate starts at S/. 32 per hour

- Hourly rate can be adjusted based on performance and rapport with your students.

In this unit, I learned about many different methods of teaching English. I also learned how to use them. It seems that they are all effective in their own way, some more than others. I believe that ESA is a greatly effective teaching method because it keeps students interested in English while also involving them. I also learned about great games and teaching ideas for each stage of ESA.It had always been difficult for me to differentiate between certain tenses in English, and it was only after I learned Spanish that I finally got the hang of things. This unit helped to refresh my memory of tenses, as I have not learned Spanish for over two years. I now feel confident enough to teach students whose native language is not English all the different tenses and their uses.
