Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit called Teaching Themes, described 6 techniques (themes) to use as methods of teaching various aspects of business English. It described and illustrated Case Studies, Frameworking, Problem Based Learning, games, Computer Aided Language Learning and Speech Act Theory. The Frameworking and Speech Act Theory were most interesting to me as they were different approaches to learning that I hadn't heard before.A student needs to know all areas refering to the concept he is learning, its fundamental to guide the students to learn the base of a simple word-sentence (meaning, use, grammar, interaction, spelling, pronunciation) this will promote a better comprehension of the learning. In order to make this happen, us as a teachers must have this knowledge very clear and acquired to offer a good learing process to the student.
