Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Fairly straightforward lesson on teaching particular groups of students. One thing that I've internalized right away is the awareness required when teaching co-workers and underlings. It's vital to always keep in mind that even inadvertently making subordinates look foolish in front of their bosses could have negative repercussions. This is particular true in a place like China where their \"face\" is of utmost importance.Unit 4 covered the four present tenses: Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect, and Present Perfect Continuous. The structure of the unit was helpful to learn the content; i.e. learning the form first, then the usage of each tense, and then reading and creating sample sentences. As always, I found the exercises where I thought about how I was going to teach the information to the learners particularly helpful.
