We are looking for TEFL qualified teachers to teach 25 hours/week, Monday - Friday. Maximum class size: 12 students. Books and curriculum provided by the school - lesson designed around communication and real life English. 4 Month program; August 16 - December 22; January - April. Designed for first-time teachers and those wanting a wonderful international immersion program in a Mexico town. In this course I have learnt many ways of teaching vocabulary, new language and structures. Most importantly the reasons why it is important to teach these topics in the way they should be taught. Also the different ways these topics can be taught to students most effectively. I believe this is an important topic because there are considerations we need to take in place in order to teach effectively.After learning this Unit, I realized that being a good teacher means being your stundents. We need to be fixible to change the roles depends on what the students need and which role is good for the students during the class. And also, I have a better knowing to the types of students now, which helps me to get to know more about their purposes of learing English and design good content of the lesson.
