If you have a dream to become the most amazing ESL teacher and learn the principles of Leadership Education this is the position for you! We are training our instructors in our TESOLCertification program. Our trainees will continue to build an awesome portfolio of experience and learning, working as a team with our Leadership and English Training Center. We are looking for people who want to learn Spanish, enjoy the Mexican culture, understand Leadership principles and want to become great English teachers! Our methodology is amazing and we are looking for people willing to train and excited about the opportunity. We offer extensive training and practicum for reasonable rates and are excited about our graduates staying on in our Institute as managers, teachers and assistants!
Qualifications:
Teachers must be 22 years old min. with a univeristy or college degree, resume and 3 references required. If you have a business background and experience without a degree we would consider your application as well. Our reference form that can be forwarded back by email. Phone interview will be required after candidates are selected.
Teacher Assistants must be 19 years old, high school graduate or home education graduate. Allowances can be made for serious applicants without a high school diploma if they have business or college courses or a background in business.

There are great bonuses for those who stay on a second year. We are a young business that will grow and expand very quickly over the next few years and are looking for leaders to rise up from our teaching staff to fill administration and management positions.
Requirements:
Native speaker of English
Enjoy learning and teamwork
Able to commit to staying in the program at least one year
Must be willing to pay your airfare, health insurance and your room and board until your training time is completed (room and board 4 months 300US/month)
Excited about learning Spanish, cross cultural communication, learn to love and appreciate the Mexican people.
Feel comfortable working in a conversation based program with 8 years old - Adult students
Queretaro is one of Mexico''s most progressive and beautiful States. It is not like resort States but very modern. Low crime rates and lots of industry make it very attractive to live and work. There are lots of day trips possible to sight see and enjoy while working in San Juan. San Juan is only 45 minutes from the State Capital Queretaro, Queretaro that has absolutely everything to enjoy! We are a Mexican/Canadian company and are looking for very special people who will see this as a rewarding experience and possible long term career opportunity.
