Responsibilities:

- Teaching classes of between one and four students
- Developing new curriculum in the form of lesson plans, activities, articles, and newsletters
- Helping in the hiring process of other instructors

Salary: Between 220,000 and 250,000 yen/ month.

This unite has identified some of common errors teachers fall into while teaching. There should be a strong relationship between students and teachers. If any problem exist and the teacher fails to identify it, then the student's morale and self of belonging will drop down. The student will feel he or she is in the class physically, but his or her mind and attention is somewhere else due to poor teaching skills.In this lesson we learned about conditionals and reported speech. Conditionals used are zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional and mixed conditional. We used their proper form and usage in the sentence. We learned about typical errors used with most speakers and how to evade those problems. We learned about teaching ideas how to teach conditionals and reported speech properly.
