The teacher must be as maluable as the student and constantly self evaluating ones self as a means to maximise learning absorbtion.The vidoes present a bad and a good way to have a lesson. The first one had obvious mistake from the attitude of the teacher, to the poor explination of the grammar point to the lack of rapport with students. The second video presents a positive and smiling teacher eager to teach. Students understand the lesson and are ingaged in it. It s clear that the atitude that starts the class will dictate the outcome of the lesson.
