Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit gives information about two productive skills which are speaking and writing. First part of the unit explain differences between accuracy activities and fluency activities. We can also learn some techniques for encouraging students to speak and some creative speaking activities. When I teach writing most important parts are handwriting, spelling, punctuation and teaching creative writing. The productive skills of writing and speaking are well explained. I will have these units to review when the time comes for me to apply these teaching methods directed at promoting these skills. I have also developed ideas using current technology of chat groups to encourage the writing and speaking skills. This tool i believe is useful in maintaining the students interest in learning the language.
