MovingOn Courses requires teachers for our summer English courses in Cork, southern Ireland. Accommodation is in an individual room and meals are included. Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit 8 is about Future Tenses. There are 7 specific types of Futures Tenses: Future Simple, Future Continuous, Future Perfect, Future Continuous, Be Going, Present Simple, Present Continuous. Some ideas on how to teach about future tenses are as follows: Making Predictions, journaling about the future, and Talking about my life in the future, talking about the schedules, plans, and events in the future.This unit was short and to the point. I like the way that the verb tenses are described. These simple explanations can be useful for class examples because sometimes it's really hard to teach the past perfect continuous without further confusing the students. I absolutely loved the ideas given for games and exercises to practice the tenses, especially the one about telling a story starting from the end!
