Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit, I was motivated to think about different aspects of a course book, what makes it bad or good? There are more examples of classroom activities. In the test, I was made to think and analyse ESA-structures. I like the fact that creativity is welcomed when teaching English. It would be nice if there was a feedback from a teacher when writing these texts and the end of the tests. This unit has been very interesting in regard to what materials should be used, whether authentic or non-authentic, and how we can use these materials in the classroom for young learners. It outlines how to manage our classroom behaviour and how to bring order in the classroom by utilising different methods or activities. It provides useful websites in finding fun materials and resources.
