IELC is the leading language school in Solo. In 2008, IELC was appointed to be an off-site IELTS test centre by IDP Australia. We have a professional management ethic and are focused on teacher development. We currently have opportunities for TEFL qualified native English speaking teachers. Experience teaching Young Learners, English for Academic Purposes, and IELTS is preferable. Workload is 40 hours a week with opportunities for paid overtime if wanted. Basic salary is RP7-9 Million/ month.

Unit 20: Troubleshooting When the new teacher start first day in the school, he/she will face with 2 different group ; 1- Existing Group : ( The student are already know each other ) 2- New Group : ( Student doesnt know each other) In the first lesson teacher shouldnt start with the course book , instead tyr to use activities such as ''pass the ball'' game. - Warmers: hangman,pictionery,memory games.. -This unit has shown me the different ways I can use in evaluating students. It has given me knowledge of why we evaluate students and how to go about conducting evaluations. The unit gave me detailed explanations into each way of evaluating and took me through what technique is best for each area of the course, it also showed me how to get detailed feedback from students on how I can improve my own lessons.
