EXPERIENCE FAR EAST AND TEACH OUR FRIENDLY STUDENTS ENGLISH!

Surabaya is ideally located for visits to Bali and the historic and cultural attractions of Java, and also to the other islands of the Indonesian archipelago. It is Indonesia's second city, with a friendly, tolerant and ethnically diverse population.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Both new and experienced teachers seem to dread teaching grammar. Even for native English speakers it can be hard to explain, since we have come to know what \"sounds\" or \"feels\" right but do not remember (or perhaps never really learned) the reasons for it all. It's best to cultivate your own understanding of grammar rules so that you are able to teach them to your students as best you can given the situation.Unit 5 presents various language acquisition methods and explains how they can be used in business English classes. The presented techniques are case studies, frameworking, problem-based learning, games, computer-aided language learning (CALL) and speech act theory. The unit finishes showing some lesson plans with activities that combine all the language learning theories, that were shown in this lesson, together.
