We are looking to hire 2 native teachers for our English classes (Primary levels 1-3), but who would also be willing to teach the occasional Mathematics, Science or Health classes.
S.I.A. is located in Medan, Indonesia, the heart of North Sumatra. North Sumatra is a province of natural beauty with waterfalls, lakes, rainforests, volcanoes and beaches. While living here you will have an opportunity to travel and explore Indonesia and surrounding countries, as there are plenty of public holidays, long weekends and of course annual vacation time.
Job Requirements
a) Qualified teacher status with overseas teaching experience an asset
b) Must be native speaker with excellent oral and written skills
c) Candidates will be expected to sign a one-year contract
d) Must be flexible and willing to work in a team environment and able to work cooperatively with classroom assistant
e) Must be reliable, responsible, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and fun
f) Must enjoy working with kids ages 5-9 years old
