Skills & Requirement
Has a Bachelor's degree in English Education or related majors
Has experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and Business English
TEFL and CTBE preferred
Has min. 2 years of working experience in related field
Passionate about teaching
Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Has experience in teaching English for Adults
Flexible and can work as a team player and self-driven when needed
Has an approachable attitude
Able to communicate effectively
Computer literate
Responsibilities
Handling and Teaching English classes for all staff
Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials
Handling 1 on 1 classes and group classes
Arranging and organising classes/ training classes
Proofreading documents
Conducting English Interviews for staff

Able to influence staff to communicate in English with confidence
Create a positive English-speaking environment
Improve staff's ability in English communication
