Indonesia is one of the most beautiful, fascinating and culturally absorbing nations in the world. As the capital city, Jakarta is a gateway to the natural and human treasures found throughout the islands. Jakarta is a busy metropolis, yet it is only a 60-90 minute boat ride to the Thousand Islands; a tranquil weekend getaway that’s a great place for diving and snorkeling with its vibrant coral reefs, or just to relax and sunbathe on the beaches.

As one of the largest groups of schools in Jakarta that continues to grow; we employ over 65 native speaking teachers. We are continually looking for EFL teachers with a minimum of TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, CTEFL , or other English related qualifications. In some cases other qualifications will be considered, depending on the nature and extent of experience. A few of our teachers are continuing to the next contract. Some are completing the contract and we will need replacement for them.

We have ongoing available vacancies for TEFL teachers. The ideal candidate will be someone who works well within a team, has a positive outlook, enjoys making friends and has the ability to adapt to living and working in a developing country.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, which includes:

-Highly competitive salary allowing a comfortable lifestyle and travel within Indonesia.

-A return air ticket.

-22 days paid leave.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit I have learn how to apply ESA methods to introduce new language. I've learn that their are four things that students need to do with new language; be exposed to it , understand its meaning , understand how its constructed and be able to practise and roduce it. I've learn the different vocabulary techniques for teaching when to engage , study and activate in the different activities.Unit 6 was an overview of the past tense, which builds on our understanding of the Unit 4 material on the present tense. Similarly, a thorough understanding of the past tense is vital to be able to teach the English language effectively. The lesson describes the four forms of the past tense, gives examples, lists irregular verb forms, and alerts the teacher to common mistakes that students have.
