Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The unit contains the information about simple English language grammar, it provides explanation of simple structures of the language and demonstrates it in the basic sentences. It illustrates the difference between nouns, adjectives, articles, adverbs, verbs with its four principal forms, gerunds, pronouns and prepositions. The unit provides a large number of examples to let everyone to perceive information completely. This was, in my opinion, the most challenging grammar unit thus far. More than anything, it highlighted and categorised the various functions of the English modal verbs, how these are rendered in different tenses and also a fair bit about phrasal verbs and the different types that these are divided into. It handled topics that extremely few natives are aware of, and that many second-language speakers may struggle with.
