Our school is an international franchise company under
the umbrella of the EF group and has been in operation
since 2001. We are located in a residential area in
West Jakarta.

We are currently looking for native speaking teachers
who have self-motivation, a pleasant personality, the
ability to work with others, and an interest in
Indonesian culture.

The candidate should have a university degree, and
RSA/TEFL/CELTA certificate or equivalent. However,
significant experience may occasionally be accepted in
lieu of certification.

Even though the salary is paid in the local currency,
it should afford a comfortable lifestyle including the
cost of holiday traveling within Indonesia.

It is a one-year renewable contract and we consider
our compensation package to be competitive which
includes:

- return airfare
- visa and working permit
- 14 days paid vacation (in addition to numerous
public and school holidays)
- accommodation near to the school

- bonus of one month's salary upon completion of the
contract

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit focused on the use of coursebooks and materials in a classroom and how they can be effectively used. It also gave ideas on how choose a coursebook and how it may or may not be helpful in certain situations. I learned that the lesson doesn't have to be centered around the course book and that it may be beneficial to be creative in supplementing the lessons with my own created materials to make the classroom a little more fun.Knowing these grammatical terms is key to teach tense, and parts of speech. I find there are so many rules in the English language that it will be a challenge to teach these to EFL students (both children and adults) in an interesting way that captures their attention and interest. I also feel that the more complex parts of speech and grammar rules can be introduced at a much later point of the learner's development and understanding.
