Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit discusses how a classroom should be managed. An optimized classroom would achieve a balance of teacher lectures and student activities. Teachers must establish eye contact, build rapport, allow students to communicate with each other, and balane teacher/student talk time. Unit 3 helps improve classroom management skills as well as how a teacher should conduct himself or herself. There are a lot of differences in these two videos. As a teacher, at first, I should have a positive and engaging attitude to all of my students. I should give my studentes clear explanation of the lesson point. Also I should speak slowly and clearly. And I will use the ways in the second video to build a better relationship with my studentes and help them more effective during the class.
