TEFL Position in France

I think it would be useful to better establish the real difference between diagnostic and placement tests. It seems they are used almost interchangeably here, and while I sense there is a difference, I'm hard-pressed to really quantify what those differences are. They are described separately, but not with very specific language--and then you state they are very similar anyway. Not entirely helpful.In this thirteenth unit, we learned about teaching pronunciation and phonology. This was a unique unit in my opinion and was very interesting, especially the phonetic script part. I thought this would be an important unit to cover for teachers, as it goes over lessons that would be very valuable to students language learning. I thought the tasks were engaging and I feel that they helped with this test.
