We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of IB PYP for our Elementary/Primary School division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) curriculum across all grade levels. Skills and Qualifications: - A minimum of a Master's degree in Education or related field - At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Department or similar leadership role - TEFL/TESOL certificate or diploma - Strong understanding of the IB PYP curriculum framework - Experience with curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to lead teams effectively Values and Attitudes: At The European School, Georgia we value diversity, inclusivity, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, respect for others' opinions & beliefs.
