Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit taught me about productive skills that English language learners will have to learn. There is a major difference between being accurate and fluent in the language, both are important, but they are used for different reasons. This unit allowed me to learn about ways I could elicit information from students in order to get them to use their productive skills, which will be useful. This unit introduces typical teaching aids and materials that we may encounter in various classroom settings. Basic blackboards and dictionaries to the latest interactive white board technologies are covered as well as their uses, applications and limitations. We are also introduced to many different online resources suitable for both ESL teacher and students with a short summary of each.
