Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

When past tense forms are introduced to non-native speakers, English begins to become difficult for many, I've noticed, due to the changes in forms with many irregular verbs. Often, their usage is confused and muddled. Perfect and continuous forms, too, are not easy for them. This leads me to the challenge of how best to explain and how to reinforce their use in daily English conversation. There are many interesting things in this unit that covered a wide range of grammatical structures. Some of them were known to me from before, some I learned here and now. Videos that follow lessons are usually very good back up, summering everything in the simple and clear manner; however, watching the video that supported this unit, I had an impression that a lot of things were left out.
