Employment teaching English in Czech Republic

I have learnt about lesson planning. And what should be included. Also, basic principals. I have to remember basic principles when I plan a lesson: keep it simple; don't try to script the lesson; structure; time; smooth flow; flexibility. It's a great idea to have such a detailed lesson plan, but if I have 6 groups a day, preparation takes a long time. Especially if problems also included. So it must be a golden mean.Even though tenses are used frequently in English it is not easy for students to note which tenses they are using, when and how to use them correctly. Very often mistakes are made without knowing or being aware while constructing sentences. The most commonly used are those that explain the present, the past and the future times. I have learnt a lot concerning the present tenses but mostly the usages of these tenses.
