If interested, please send your updated resume to the email address given on the job heading.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit eighteen covered modals, phrasal verbs, and the passive voice. Modal verbs all have specific uses associated with them that indicate the context in which they are used. For example 'should' is used when referring to an unexpected past result. The passive voice discusses something that happened while avoiding emphasis on the agent. Phrasal verbs seem to be a more colloquial way to speak. This chapter was about being able to plan a lesson. I liked the tables and diagrams they had used as examples. One thing that I noticed that I didn't like from the tests is that if you get one answer wrong in grouped questions, you will get more than one answer marked wrong. I found this frustrating. I like how the tests are getting a little harder and using some subjects from past chapters.
