This unit helps to solve most of mental and behavior problems, that can happen in the classroom. This is very important for teacher,because due to the conflicts teacher might lose his face if reaction will be too personal or incorrect.This unit helps to build friendly atmosphere in the classroom.The atmosphere is very important in the classroom.As my opinion, it is one of the fundamental blocks of teaching.This unit helped me gain a deeper understanding of the considerations around designing a full course syllabus in a business English classroom. The example plans and tests were very useful and helped me start to think about designing lessons as a long term plan that is structured enough to meet objectives (of the student and teacher) but flexible enough to allow for any issues that may arise during the course.
