Applicants must have at least one year teaching ESL experience as well as CELTA/TEFL or ESL certification. Must also be native speakers and be willing to make a one year commitment.
Job is Mon-Thu and some Saturdays, substantial salary, housing stipend, and free Spanish classes.

This unit covers assessment options in tracking the progress of students. There are several different tests that help the instructor learn more about the students from the beginning of the course, during the middle, until the end of the course. Not only that, the instructor could learn how the students want in terms of their education. The instructor could build their lesson plan based on the students' interest and skill level.For this unit I learnt of the cultural issues that I need to be aware of when teaching in different regions around the world. In addition I learnt of business etiquette and the general rules that I should bear in mind. For example I know that should never express political or social opinion unless you are certain that your comments will not be misrepresented.
