Nanning OK Foreign Language School (NOKFLS) currently has many openings for ESL teachers from Native English Speaking countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia and NZ) and is calling applications for future teaching positions. The school is located in Nanning City capital city of Guangxi Province that is world famous for the beautiful city Guilin.
THE SCHOOL: is now occupying the leading position of foreign language training in the local education market. Newly refurbished office featured with modern teaching and learning facilities including multimedia and other electronic machines.
SALARY & WORKING HOURS: Ranging from 4000-6000 RMB per month according to the candidates°Ø qualifications and teaching experiences. Teachers will teach 25 classes with 45 minutes duration of each weekly°™ overall about 19 hours a week. The main task is to teach the given courses, participate the promotional activities held by the school such as presentations, seminars to students and parents, etc.
TASKS: Mainly and fundamentally, to teach English language courses with a focus on listening and speaking to students in the local middle school. Other programs include General English courses to children and adults, IELTS preparation, Business English, etc.
HOLIDAYS: Teachers can enjoy all the public holidays in china including National Day in October, Spring Festival and May Day. Apart from that, teachers may have one-month holiday with payment additionally as to the convenience for the school regarding the time.
CONTRACT: Contracts are usually given for 1-year period. Contracts for more than 1 year are also available under certain circumstances.
BENEFITS: Free accommodation is provided as shared apartment. All the accommodations have two single bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, with facilities like sofa, refrigerator, TV, microwave oven, air-conditioner, home phone or mobile, and laundry facilities, etc. The diagnosis fee incurred at specified hospital can be reimbursed. In addition, RMB 300 Yuan meal allowance and RMB 1000 Yuan reimbursement for travelling expense are also available upon the completion of the contract. Return (two-way) airfare will be reimbursed on completion of the contract with a set standard at RMB 6000 Yuan.
APPLICANTS: MUST BE NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS WITH A BACHELOR DEGREE, TESOL or CELTA qualification or 2 years or more teaching experience to middle school students or adults are preferred. Applicants are expected to be open-minded, outgoing, active, energetic, enthusiastic and love teaching, and shall observe Chinese Law and rules as well as rules and regulations set by the school.
