Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The unit shows how to plan an ESA lesson correctly but also let us understand how difficult it is to be able to predict all the variables implied in the teaching process. The keypoint for me lies in flexibility, both because it is impossible for the teacher to make fully accurate predictions on what it is going to happen in class and because too much planning can make lessons rigid, boring in the eyes of students. This Unit looked at the importanceof two productive skills: speaking and writing. The difference between accuracy and fluency was explained. Different types of speaking activity were introduced( controlled, guided, creative, and encouriging students yo speak). In writing skills section the importance of handwriting, spelling, punctuation was discussed. Various expamples of each phase of the lesson have been given.
